ABOUT $378,000 in cash was stolen from two safes at a Tsuen Wan seafood restaurant early yesterday. A 19-year-old staff member alerted police just after 8 am when she found the safes in the Hang Fook Lau Seafood Restaurant at Allway Garden open.
