Security chief so rude

Heineken

I was appalled at the rude treatment I received at the Heineken Music Horizons concert on the night of October 24. I paid $580 to see one of my favourite bands, the Gypsy Kings, but I was unable to enjoy the music as I had to deal with the head of security, a Mr Hui, who refused to give me his full name and any contact details.

He was obnoxious and rude to me and my friends.

We were repeatedly told to show our tickets during the performance and to stop dancing and return to our seats. If the management of the Hong Kong Coliseum would not like people to dance and enjoy the show, then I suggest they chain the audience to their chairs so that they remain placid and dispassionate. I hope the management of the Hong Kong Coliseum will deal with this matter.

I personally would like an apology from Mr Hui for his discourteous manner and for ruining my evening.
