TSUEN WAN residents have been kept in the dark about a project involving a provisional explosive storage facility in their area, the Democratic Party said yesterday.

Two provisional explosives depots had been planned near Belvedere Garden, Tsuen Wan, for the construction of the West Rail.

Tsuen Wan provisional District Board member Albert Chan Wai-yip criticised the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation and the Highways Department for failing to consult residents.
