FIVE people were arrested, a stolen car recovered and two speedboats seized during two anti-smuggling operations early yesterday. Four mainlanders in two empty boats were arrested after a chase near Lamma Island while another task force team ambushed a speedboat mooring at the Tseung Kwan O reclamation area.
