As I turn a new chapter in my life, I want to thank everyone for their heartfelt support over the past year. I enjoyed putting a spotlight on a city that never sleeps - undoubtedly the most colourful, vibrant and exciting city in Asia.

But what is important to realise is that it is the people who make the city what it is. The tycoons, the invisible people who work endlessly, the grumbling cab drivers, and the hardworking old women who never complain when pushing their recycling carts up the steep hills. And of course the people who live to be seen - the celebrities, the models, the models-turned-actors, and the actors-turned-singers. It is this optimism that makes this city unique. It's about the people who live here, who dedicate their lives to the city, who should be thanked for making it what it is today - wherever they are from.
