Body art
Frocks and fine art, two uneasy yet inextricably linked bedfellows come together in an exhibition at the Hong Kong Design Centre (28 Kennedy Road, Admiralty, tel: 2522 8688). Fashion Art from Korea traces the work of contemporary artists, academics and cutting-edge creators who use clothing to reinterpret the body. Works on show include Geum Key-sook's Amber Legend (top), which outlines the body in a skeleton of wires and semi-precious stones, and Bae Chun-bum's cubist Multi-self Dress (above right). The exhibition, which has already travelled to Berlin, New York and Vienna, will run in Hong Kong until July 11. Entrance is free.
