Garden Company needs tip-top managers

Experienced business, food science and marketing majors have the chance to join a top business from the world of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

To support the ambitious growth of its business, one of the leading bakery and confectionery companies in the Greater China region wants to hire a key account manager, a channel development manager/business development manager and a product manager.

Founded in 1926 in Hong Kong, Garden Company is one of the largest, most advanced food enterprises in the SAR, with international awards for excellence for many of its 1,000 products.

The new key account manager will be responsible for building up a strong business relationship with key accounts, planning and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share, and exploring sales opportunities with key accounts. Applicants should have a degree in business or food science.

Three to five years of experience in key account management is essential, along with tip-top analytical and communication skills and computer literacy.

For the position of channel development manager/business development manager, applicants should have the same university education along with three to five years of sales management experience, of which at least two years must have been at a development and supervisory level.
