Hottest hip hop jam bounces into Kee Club

On Saturday night, the swanky Kee Club was turned into a sweaty hip hop jam as Nike hosted a late-night party for NBA phenomenon LeBron James' Asia Tour.

Instead of designer dandies and darlings, the club was crammed with basketball jerseys and hip hop heads. After a full day of appearances and plugging shoes, the 20-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers superstar appeared around midnight and seemed to enjoy the performance by local hip hop dancers, plus a bilingual rap throwdown by MC Yan, DJ Tommy and their posse.

Since Nike was boasting that the LeBron James Asia Tour was 'a cross-cultural exchange of ideas and inspiration', we suppose the 6'8' James dug the Canto-rhymes.

It was no surprise that overseas-raised, b-ball loving celebs like Daniel Wu Yin-cho and Edison Chen Koon-hei packed themselves in. In fact, Chen spent the entire time on-stage bobbing to the beats.

However, CitySeen was very surprised to share an elevator up to the club with Cantopop star Miriam Yeung Chin-wah. Could she be a basketball fan? Is she planning a hip hop record? Alas, she was just meeting friends in the upstairs lounge.

Female fans who were hoping to get up close and personal with the wealthy and talented James were disappointed when he brought along his long-time girlfriend (pictured).

Unlike some other sports celebrities who've rolled into town (ahem, Man U boys), James did not have the wandering eye. Last October, his girlfriend gave birth to their son, LeBron James Jr.
