The Employees Retraining Board is nothing if not imaginative. Outgoing executive director Kwong Sing-szee revealed this week that the board is moving into the massage business. It's a highly competitive and ruthless industry - just ask those massage parlour operators in Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui.

According to Mr Kwong, the board has successfully trained 1,500 masseurs and plans to train up to 10,000 in three years.
The programme includes relaxation massage, therapeutic massage and reflexology. The board has arranged massage services at select private residential estates in Tseung Kwan O.
Wonder if they accept students who wear sexy clothes and speak with a mainland accent.
