Leaping puddles and ducking for cover were the order of the day yesterday, as Hongkongers got their second big soaking of the wet season - and there's sure to be more to come. Pedestrians did battle with swollen gutters and nullahs, drivers with low visibility and slippery roads, examination students with confusion, commuters with haywire timetables. About the only people who were celebrating were the schoolchildren who got the afternoon off - and the criminals who were able to escape their day in court.
