This big but basic place is a Taipa landmark, famous for its pork chop buns, a limited number of which go on sale at 3pm daily. But don't expect to get one on the weekend unless you're prepared to join a long queue of hungry fans. Outdoor tables under the trees are often filled with locals and visitors who also order the simple noodle dishes and soft drinks (no wine, spirits or beer). The menu is limited and this is not a place to expect gourmet fare, just good plain eats at reasonable prices. Being near the bus stop in one of the busiest parts of the village makes this popular place easy to find. Open 6am to 6pm.
