A man admitted throwing an air conditioner from his rented room in Hung Hom and setting the curtains alight because he was under the influence of drugs. In the District Court yesterday, Hui Man-pow, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of throwing an object from a building and a count of arson. Sentencing was adjourned to March 11.
