The opening paragraph of the report, 'Legislative flaw leaves HK spouses vulnerable', on page A2 on Monday June 29 stated incorrectly that the Department of Justice was seeking to amend in the current legislative session Hong Kong law governing courts' jurisdiction over divorces recognised overseas. As the report subsequently stated, the department in fact expects to introduce an amendment during the Legislative Council's 2009-10 session.
