Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will visit Hong Kong for the first time on April 16 for two days. He will lead a business delegation, meet Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen and attend an official lunch at Government House. Tsang met Medvedev in Moscow in August. Trade with Russia rose more than 60 per cent last year.
