Three victims of Lehman Brothers' collapse yesterday opposed an injunction sought by the Bank of China after protesting outside its Central offices last month. In a writ filed by the bank last week, it sought to restrain them from interfering in its business and harassing customers. Mr Justice Arjan Sakhrani, in the Court of First Instance, gave the defendants a week to file their documents.
