What makes BabyNes so different?

The BabyNes system combines evolving nutrition with a Wi-Fi enabled machine to prepare precise feeds for your child with a range of age-specific formula powder capsules which have more stages to better suit baby’s nutritional needs.

What is evolving nutrition?

BabyNes formulas are refined to better meet your baby’s changing nutritional needs. Instead of conventionally having one follow-on formula and one growing-up formula for babies aged 7-36 months, BabyNes offers formula capsules for 7-12 months, 13-24 months and 25-36 months. With more defined stages, your baby’s evolving nutritional needs could be better met.

  • From 7 to 12 months, BabyNes formula changes to accommodate the introduction of solid food into your baby’s diet. Protein and calorie content are leveled off as your baby's growth rate slows and he begins receiving additional protein and energy from solid foods.
  • From 13 to 36 months, the two toddlers’ BabyNes formulas provide a nutritious alternative to cow’s milk as your baby transitions to a balanced diet. Protein and calories are provided at moderate levels, to allow for intake from other food sources.

Does the technology and Wi-Fi functions make the machine difficult to use?

Not at all. It is designed to make preparing a feed as easy as possible by pressing one button while at the same time being precise and hygienic. In just a few movements and in less than one minute, the correctly-dosed feed is ready at the suitable temperature of your choice.

Why use capsules?

Every capsule contains the exact amount of milk powder needed to prepare one feed for your baby. The capsules also contain a barcode which helps the machine identify its formula stage. The machine then uses the information to reconstitute the powder with the right amount of water. What is more, each capsule has an inbuilt microbiological water filter which avoids contact between the machine and formula powder and filters out the bacteria in the water before reconstitution starts. It ensures the safety of the feed.

The machine only heats up feeds to 40 degree Celsius. Can it be higher?

The temperature range of BabyNes is set from 27 degree Celsius to a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius. It is a protective measure to avoid burning baby if the milk is immediately fed to baby without cooling down after reconstitution..

Do I need to buy special cups or bottles to use with the machine?

No, the machine has a variable-height platform that you can adjust to suit the size of the feeding utensil. With five height options, you can use just about any feeding utensil available on the market.

Why is the BabyNes machine Wi-Fi enabled?

The Wi-Fi function allows you to keep track of your baby’s feeds wherever you are. Every time a feed is prepared, the machine sends an alert to the parents’ mobile device via their MyBabyNes online account. Automatic purchase reminders will also be sent to parents when stock is running low. The smart Wi-Fi services also allow parents to record their baby’s growth milestones and add photographs that capture their memorable moments with their precious one.

Can I prepare the formula in advance and then rewarm it for use later?

For health and food safety reasons, it is suggested that formula be prepared right before feeding. It is not recommended keeping prepared milk for later use. Prepared milk should be fed immediately. Unfished feeds should be discarded and not kept.

How can I use the capsules when I’m not at home and don’t have access to the BabyNes machine?

The individually sealed single-feed formula powder capsules enable safe and practical feed preparation when you are out and about. When you are not at home and do not have the option of using the machine, you simply use the capsule opener that comes with the machine. This accessory lets you open the capsule so the milk powder goes directly into the feeding utensil without any contact with the environment. That’s how easy it is to prepare a feed for your baby when you are on-the-go.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Breast milk is the best for babies.  The World Health Organization recommends exclusive breastfeeding during the first 6 months of life and continued breastfeeding for as long as possible. As children's growth and development needs vary, health professionals should advise the mother on the appropriate time when her baby should start receiving complementary foods. BabyNes 7-12 months is a follow-on formula for babies aged 7-12 months, formulated for use as a nutritional supplement for the transition to the semi-solid and solid food portion of the older infant’s diet.  BabyNes 13-24 months and 25-36 months are growing-up milk specially suited to healthy young children aged 13-24 months and 25-36 months.  All are not breast milk substitutes.
