La Paloma is a new Spanish restaurant next to the Sai Ying Pun MTR station, which, by March 20, should be easier to find on the first floor of the still-under-construction SoHo 189. It's a cheerful venue with decor that has a pigeon theme, as paloma means pigeon in Spanish.

Town is the latest venture from Bryan Nagao, who first came to notice in Hong Kong when he was chef of Felix at The Peninsula.
