Phil Kim is chair of the Urban Land Institute Hong Kong. He serves as a co-chair of the education programme Urban Plan for Asia Pacific, and is a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee. He is also the chair and managing director of Jerde Partnership for the Asia-Pacific region. .
