In a recent Instagram post, Kim shows himself sleeping on a few rocks on set. Fans commented on how it was refreshing to see him out of character and be “real”.

In another Instagram post, Kim makes a funny face along with his hospital staff castmates, with the caption “#괜찮은병원” or “It’s Okay Hospital”, the name of the hospital where his character, Gang Tae, works.
