Jennie’s dogs Kuma and Kai
Jennie graced the cover of Vogue Korea with her brown Pomeranian, Kuma. During an appearance on South Korean TV show We Will Channel You, she revealed that she chose the name Kuma – which means “bear” in Japanese – because the puppy reminded her of a bear. Kuma’s favourite food is dried pollack, and Jennie likes to give him the treat as a reward when he completes tricks.
While Kuma has been dubbed “the boss of Blackpink” by fans, he actually isn’t Jennie’s first dog. That title goes to a cocker spaniel with snow-white fur called Kai, who is known to be relatively shy compared to Kuma, according to Koreaboo.
According to Korea Portal, there were rumours that Kai was named after Jennie’s ex-boyfriend, Exo’s Kai, when they were dating. But this is unlikely since Jennie’s dog was already eight years old when the pair started dating.

Rosé fish Joohwangie and dog Hank
Rosé is known as an animal-loving K-pop star who loves to visit zoos when she’s in different countries. Many of her fans highly anticipated seeing her beloved pets, and she eventually introduced her fish on We Will Channel You with some videos that she took herself. The two cute fishes, Joohwangie and Eunbyul, are named after their appearances: joohwang means orange in Korean and eun means silver.
Joohwangie is a blood parrot cichlid while Eunbyul is a tinfoil barb. Rosé once had another fish called Eunhee, but she sadly passed away, according to Koreaboo.
She adopted Hank last December after he was abandoned by his owner, according to Inquirer.net. The rescue pup has his own Instagram account with over two million followers!

Jisoo’s dog Dalgom
Jisoo apparently adopted a similar approach to her bandmate Jennie when naming her white maltese dog Dalgom – the name originates from the word bandaloom, which means half-moon bear in Korean. Fans have observed that he appears to get along with Jennie’s dog, Kuma.

Lisa’s “L family” – cats Leo, Luca, Lily, Louis and new puppy Love
Lisa gave four of her beloved cats names starting with the letter L – Leo, Luca, Lily and Louis. While they all look similar with their white, brown and black fur, they are actually all different breeds. Leo is a Scottish Fold, Luca and Lily are both Ragdolls, and Louis is a British Shorthair.
And this August, Lisa added another member to her “L” family – a tiny Doberman who she named Love. Fans are looking forward to seeing luxury collaborations or endorsements for her L family, as Lisa herself is an ambassador for many luxury brands, including Celine and Bulgari.
