1. The supportive wife

Sammi Cheng is sure to acknowledge that life is not always easy.

Compromising footage emerged of her husband, Andy Hui with TVB star Jacqueline Wong in the back of a taxi earlier this year.

Sammi and Andy have had a tumultuous relationship for years before they finally tied the knot in 2013. However, once the footage of her husband was in the public domain, Sammi vowed to support him and to try to save their marriage.

Many appreciated the sentiments expressed in her statements.

Acceptance and hope were two recurring themes in what Sammi said.

“The incident was an important lesson of our marriage”, she wrote on Instagram.

She said her marriage has become more understanding because of this, adding that there is forgiveness in addition to happiness and warmth.

She decided not to give up on the marriage, and to put the focus into their future life together and her upcoming concerts.
