A little aesthetic never fails right? The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong’s Cafe on the 103rd floor is stepping up its game by collaborating with luxury Italian brand Giuseppe Zanotti. The brand is known for his sculptural, jewelled heels, luxury trainers, handbags, jewellery, and leather ready-to-wear. Crystal-encrusted butterflies are now flying from artistic heels and fluttering onto a beautiful crafted afternoon tea. The set features a bed of exotic flowers and crystal-encrusted petals. To mark premium London womenswear Phase Eight’s 40th year in existence, Marco Polo Hong Kong has launched the British wardrobe afternoon tea set. The set is inspired by the defining features of the brand – feminine, luxurious, warm and inviting. The chefs carefully crafted the stylish afternoon tea with nine sweet items and four savoury tea time treats, while showcasing a gorgeous wardrobe. Be sure to keep an eye out for the “8” shaped red circles over the caramel macaron with sea salt, lime basil mousse with strawberry, the classic New York cheesecake with blueberry and more.

Taking inspiration from Annoushka, executive chef Cano at the bar is putting whimsical twists on the colour, motif and texture of Annoushka’s bold 18ct gold Dream Catcher collection.
