China’s richest man Wang Jianlin ‘to withdraw from frontline management in 2020’
China’s richest man Wang Jianlin says he plans to withdraw from frontline management in 2020 and will spend six to 12 months writing his own autobiography, state media reported.
The 60-year-old tycoon and chairman of Dalian Wanda - a property, cinema and entertainment company – said he would write the story of his life himself rather than employing a professional writer, China National Radio reported.
“My writing is also excellent. Therefore I don’t want others to write for me,” he was quoted as saying.
Wang was named as the richest Chinese person in the world in August by the magazine the Hurun Report.
