Lorry driver, 53, found dead in Hong Kong hotel car park ‘seen in heated argument with motorist who left scene’

Police are investigating whether foul play was involved in the death of a 53-year-old man who died after being found unconscious in a Hong Kong car park.

A report was made to police at 11.49am when two drivers were seen having a heated argument at the Lippo Sun Plaza car park on Kowloon Park Drive in Tsim Sha Tsui.

“When police arrived, one of the drivers was found lying unconscious on the floor at the car park but the other driver had left,” a police spokeswoman said.

She said the unconscious man died before arrival at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Yau Ma Tei. It is understood the man was the driver of a lorry.

Officers from Yau Tsim district crime squad are investigating. No one has been arrested.
