Funds adviser by day, Rocky by night: Tom Taw gets first pro bout on Rex Tso undercard
Briton 'Tommy Gun' is stepping up after seven years of fighting in the amateur ranks and now gets his chance to shine at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre

Tom Taw hasn't the time to really think about the Greek debt crisis or the devaluation of the Chinese yuan - he's too busy preparing for his other big fight.
"Tommy Gun" Taw steps into the ring in his first professional bout in this Saturday's "Night of Champions II" worried more about how he's going to fare against Italian Fabio Lanzetti than the world's finance markets that preoccupy his day job at Blackrock Asset Management.
I don't worry about getting hurt. The worry is always about losing and losing your pride because there are a lot of people watching you
It's the 30-year-old Englishman's biggest fight and he wants to give a good account on the undercard of the seven-bout card headlined by "Wonder Kid" Rex Tso Sing-yu at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai.
Most eyes might be on Tso but the crowd is sure to make plenty of noise for Taw since "almost everybody" will be attending the super middleweight bout to watch the vice-president of capital markets in action.
"I have been s****** in my pants," he jokes of his big fight.
"I think it's like that for any fight. You are never not going to be nervous. I don't worry about getting hurt. The worry is always about losing and losing your pride because there are a lot of people watching you. And it's not as much fun in the after-parties when you've lost.
