UFC: Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou call out boxing star Tyson Fury in MMA-boxing crossover – ‘let’s make it happen’

UFC heavyweights Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou have called out boxing's Tyson Fury following his historic win on Sunday.
Following the win, UFC heavyweight champion Miocic (19-3) immediately took to Twitter, saying: “Congrats Tyson Fury I'd love to sing Sweet Caroline in the ring. Let's do this.”
Contender Ngannou (14-3) also shot his shot against the in-demand Fury. The Cameroonian faces Jairzinho Rozenstruik at UFC on ESPN 8 on March 29 but is open to an MMA-boxing bout in future.
“Let's make it happen #NgannouFury,” Ngannou said on Instagram alongside a photo of the pair.
Both Miocic and Ngannou are unlikely to gain much traction at the moment as Fury has three fights remaining on his boxing contract. Following his impressive win over Wilder, Fury has been linked with fellow British heavyweight Anthony Joshua in what could be – according to the number of belts on the line – the biggest boxing heavyweight fight of all time.
Aside from a potential future in MMA, Fury also has a viable route in wrestling having made his WWE debut last October. He also said that he would seriously consider retirement after his boxing contract is up.
