This is a weedy seadragon, a rare type of seahorse, native to Australia, that resembles seaweed when floating. This explains the "weedy" in it's name, but it being a seadragon unfortunately doesn't mean it can breathe fire. These 2.5cm-long fish are harmless to humans and mainly feed on tiny shrimp. A couple at Birch Aquarium in San Diego, in the US state of California, recently gave birth to two bouncing, swimming weedy sea dragons.
